These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, the LC Scalping TradingView indicator, our community and related services (together, the "Service"), operated by LC Scalping ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing, accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you confirm that you meet these requirements.
LC Scalping is an invite-only technical analysis indicator for the TradingView platform. It highlights potential buy and sell setups with suggested stop-loss and take-profit levels on selected markets and is designed to be used on the 15-minute chart. Access is granted to your TradingView account and managed through our partner platform, Whop.
The Service is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is a charting tool and does not constitute financial, investment, trading, tax or legal advice, nor a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. We are not a broker, fund manager or registered financial adviser. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions and should consult a qualified professional before making any financial decision.
Any performance figures, win rates, risk-to-reward ratios or examples we present are based on historical backtesting or illustration and do not guarantee future results. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results, and your results will vary. You may lose some or all of your capital.
The Service is offered on subscription plans (monthly and quarterly) and a one-time lifetime plan. Payments are processed by our partner Whop and its payment providers (such as Stripe); we do not store your payment card details. Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until cancelled. Where a free trial is offered, you may be required to provide a payment method, and unless you cancel before the trial ends, your plan will begin and you will be charged.
You may cancel a subscription at any time through your Whop account; cancellation stops future renewals and your access ends at the end of the current paid period. Because the Service grants immediate access to digital content, and because a free trial is offered so you can evaluate it first, fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the indicator for your own trading while your plan is active. You must not:
Access is tied to the TradingView username you provide.
Access depends on the TradingView platform and is typically granted shortly after purchase. We are not responsible for delays, outages or changes caused by TradingView or other third parties. You are responsible for providing the correct TradingView username.
Quarterly and Lifetime members may access our community chat. You agree to behave respectfully and not to post spam, abuse, illegal content or unsolicited promotions. We may remove content or members who breach these rules. Anything shared in the community is for discussion only and is not personalised financial advice.
The Service relies on third parties including TradingView, Whop, payment providers and, where applicable, brokers. We do not control and are not responsible for those services, their availability, fees or terms. Any broker relationship or cashback arrangement you enter into is solely between you and that broker.
All content, branding and the indicator itself are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive no rights other than the limited license described above.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. We do not warrant that signals will be accurate, profitable, uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Trading futures, forex and cryptocurrency carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for every investor. You can lose some or all of your capital. Only trade with money you can afford to lose. Nothing in the Service is a guarantee of profit.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
